In 2015, Dawn joined a group private practice to continue expanding her work and to be closer to family. Dawn enjoys working with multiple populations: children, teens, adults and couples. Dawn uses multiple approaches to care, choosing the proper methodology to meet the client where they are at in their healing process. Seeing each client as an individual who operates withing various systems helps explore the range of impact the Client has on their own lives. Helping to see the concerns facing each client as a symptom of something deeper and exploring early childhood experiences have influenced how they see themselves today. Working with a bigger goal focus to overcome obstacles that exist outside of maladaptive inner thought processes of the client, Dawn helps clients see their value. Situations do not have intrinsic meaning, people ascribe a meaning to a situation that can have lasting impacts on how the person views themselves in their lives. Dawn hopes through working together through those experiences, Clients will gain a new understanding of themselves and their experiences. She is continuing to growth and specialize is various forms of therapy to best serve her clients.
