Adults with ADHD Workshop

2 hour course for adults (18+) who are interested in learning about Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) in late adolescence and adulthood. While some information will be provided about presentation of ADHD in childhood, the focus of this course is to provide information regarding coping skills and understanding of how the diagnosis may impact adults. Course will allow adults to explore implications of the impact ADHD may have on personal, vocational, and interpersonal relationships. Adults who may benefit from class include: parents of teens/young adults who are struggling to help their person launch into adulthood, adults with ADHD diagnosis, partners and other family members of someone with ADHD, adults who may be curious if they have ADHD.
