
We are excited to announce we are now offering Music Therapy to individuals and groups. Join us in welcoming our newest addition, Paula Gregory MT-BC, who is specialized in helping children and adolescents through the art of music.
Paula Gregory (MT-BC) is a board certified music-therapist, certified biblical counselor and mom of three. She received her bachelors of music education with an emphasis in music therapy from the University of Kansas and has served clients as a music therapist in public school, home health, and private therapy centers. She has dedicated her time to creating musical and therapeutic experiences to reach non-musical goals such as emotional regulation, memorization, etc. Paula is also certified in biblical counseling through the Association of Biblical counselors. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and serving on the worship team at her church.
Music Therapy is the clinical and evidence-based use of music interventions to reach individualized, non-musical goals, within a therapeutic relationship by a credentialed professional who has completed an approved music therapy program. The following are the rates and length of the sessions:
Individual Music Therapy Sessions 30 Minutes $50
55 Minutes $70
The first session will be a 55 minute session with parent and child.
Music Therapy is currently not covered under insurance benefits. We can provide a superbill by request.

Music Groups:
Music Therapy and Verbal Behavior
If your child loves music and needs intentional time to work on their communication skills this summer, this group is for them! Using the verbal behavior approach and music therapy combined, your child will practice verbal operants including echoing, manding (requesting), identifying, motor imitation, intraverbals, and responding as the listener. This group is specifically for children both diagnosed and undiagnosed with a disability hindering their speech and other communicative skills. Children who exhibit low or no verbal skills are encouraged to attend! Music therapy provides unique opportunities to practice these emerging skills in a non-threatening, highly motivating, and structured setting.
Time: 9am-9:45am
Group 1 – Thursdays starting June 1st (4 weeks)
Group 2 – Thursdays starting July 6th (4 weeks)
Cost: $35 per week
Music Therapy Social Skills
Leverage your child’s love for music in helping to grow their social emotional skills in our music therapy social skills class this summer. Children ages 4-6 will participate in music interventions that teach appropriate greetings, turn taking, and impulse control all while engaging in verbal and non-verbal peer interactions. These group sessions will be packed with opportunities to grow your child’s social development! Available to children of all abilities.
Time: 10am-10:55am
Group I – Thursdays starting June 1st (4 weeks)
Group II – Thursdays starting July 6th (4 weeks)
Cost: $35 a\per week
Music for Social Anxiety: Music Therapy Group for Teens Ages 13-15
This summer, sign your teen up to make music and friends in our music therapy group for teens experiencing social anxiety. Making music provides a unique structure and motivation for teens. This group will allow them a space to speak up, use creative expression and implement appropriate social interactions with their peers. Bring an instrument, your voice, or just your creativity with you!
Time: 11:00am-11:55am
Group – Thursdays starting June 1st (4 weeks)
Cost: $35 per week
